New offerings include super-fast broadband, phone and call bundles tailored to small enterprise needs

Telecommunications company TalkTalk Business has announced the launch of a new range of products, tailored to the specific needs of small businesses.

Among its new offerings is an ISDN call package, which allows multimedia calls and is designed for businesses of between five and 50 employees. TalkTalk claims that small firms using the package will save 50% compared to BT’s equivalent offering.

The company has also announced the launch of a new complete business phone system, which will allow small business owners to purchase all hardware and line rental in one complete package. The offerings are tailored for businesses of between 5-30 employees, 20+ employees and larger firms with more than 50 employees.

For small firms with heavy internet needs, TalkTalk has launched two new fibre-optic based broadband packages, Superpowered Broadband and Superpowered Broadband Pro. The service will offer speeds of up to 76Mbps and TalkTalk claims it will offer almost £500 of savings in comparison with BT’s superfast broadband package.

The firm also recently launched the WorkSafe online security product, which is included free with broadband packages, claiming it offers small firms the protection they need against malicious online activity.

TalkTalk offers a range of financing options for the packages operated by BNP Paribas, which it says will save small businesses the hassle of paying for the service upfront.

Charles Bligh, managing director of TalkTalk Business, said: “We are dedicated to supporting SMEs and recognise that businesses of this size require a range of flexible, future-proof services, as well as provisions for managing their monthly phone spend.”
